We started with the analysis of the initial situation. The company relied on the OEM belt for separating the turkey meat from bones, which:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">required cleaning 2 times per day, <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lifetime was 24 days, or around 200 tons of separating product.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Together, we decided to run some tests using our newly developed belt &#8211; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ammeraalbeltech.com\/en-gb\/products\/endless-woven-belts\/megasqueeze\/\"><strong>MegaSquezee<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This truly endless TPU based belt with aramid cord inside was designed for <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ammeraalbeltech.com\/en-gb\/industries\/food\/meat-and-poultry\/\"><strong>meat separation<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and could contribute to enhancing the production line\u2019s efficiency and cost savings.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">What were the results?<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Higher effectiveness and cost savings<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the same working time as the original belt, MegaSqueeze guaranteed unsurpassed effectiveness and cost savings. The total cost of ownership was worth investing, even at the around 30% price difference. <strong>PINAR is now saving over 6000 euros annually!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Longer belt life<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After 5 weeks of performance, there were <strong>no signs of wear<\/strong> on the belt.
