The ultimate benefit is being able to design conveyor system for people movers or heavy loads that are longer and\/or limited in construction height and avoid risk of pulsation or having a limited capacity to handle belt elongation.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steel provides greater stiffness and thermal stability \u2013 resulting in better control of pulsation and less belt elongation.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other than already seen in the industry, our stainless steel reinforcements don\u2019t extend to bottom, so the belt can run on SS slider bed without metal-to-metal contact. Wear resistant inserts, also used to keep the reinforcements firmly fixed, maximize the belts lifetime.
